Villa Monterchi is a luxury property in Tuscany set just border line between Umbria and Tuscany a wonderful location for a day trips visiting some of the most enchanting cities of the two regions, such as Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Città di Castello, Perugia, Assisi and many more!
This historic building is also famous because Piero dell Francesca painted one of his most famous frescos La Madonna del Parto. The Palace was completely restored maintaining the original atmosphere and characteristic combined with luxury and elegant furniture in order to offer its guests the most relaxing and comfortable vacation ever!
The villa’s park covers over 25 hectares full of vegetation, with oaks, Pines, cypresses, and rose garden that are surrounding the villa offering a spectacular view over the Tuscan and Umbrian hills.
The villa also features a stunning private swimming pool of 12x5 mt. set in a wonderful panoramic position, equipped with sun lounges, umbrellas, a gazebo with Jacuzzi bath (upon request) just in front of it.
There is also a large wooden table where to organize al fresco meals enjoying the wonderful panorama.

Villa Monterchi inside covers over 500 sqm. And develops in three floors, some of the bedrooms and living area have some wonderful restore original frescoes. On the Ground floor, there is a spacious living area with sofas, armchairs, Satellite TV, stereo CD, bid dining room with table.
A spacious well equipped kitchen, with table and chairs, electric oven, microwave, american and moka coffee machines, toaster, dishwasher, 6 gas burners, 2 fridges (one with icemaker)
Outside there is also a laundry room with washing machine.
First Floor: one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a balcony; Second bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with shower. Third bedroom with double bed with private bathroom with shower; fourth bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
Second Floor: large suite room over 60 sqm. With king size bed, private bathroom with shower.
One bedroom with two single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Every bedroom is air conditioned.

Arezzo 29 km, Cortona 48 km, Gubbio 67 km, Perugia 70 km and Montepuciano 77 km. The highway is only 27 km from the villa. Bus in Monterchi at 2,5 km and train station in Arezzo 23 km Airports: Perugia 55 km, Florence 120 km

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm. Checkout: before 10.00 am.
Swimming pool: opening 11 April and closing 17 October

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 500 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
