Excellent location, staff, restaurant. Top notch.

Excellent on almost every level. My room was a little tired but nothing wrong with it. I will be returning to Monterrey and Anataris no question. Being across the road from paque Fundidora (with a pedestrian bridge) it made it the perfect location for the concert I was attending, sight seeing in Fundidora itself and acees to the canal taking you to downtown for shopping. I could not have asked for a better hotel, location or staff. They were very accommodating with my limited spanish and the restaurant was excellent. Great food and drinks everytime and the pricing was excellent as well. Again, I could not have asked for better.

Unexpected Hotel Revelations

My 1st floor room overlooking the front of the hotel had one large single pane window with a blackout curtain that didn't help insulate my room from the heavy traffic and near freezing temperatures the week of my stay. The thermostat didn't work and after complaining for the 2nd time I was finally provided a space heater the last 3 days of my stay. Also, there's no electricity in the room unless your room key is inserted into the wall key card holder while you inhabit the room. Some of the wall light switches didn't work so I had to manually unplug the nightstand lights. I could have removed the room key from the wall to darken my room but that would have kept my phone and pc from recharging. My bathroom shower leaked water from various sources via shower door and underneath the adjoining glass partition. The hotel restaurant was great as was the service. Unfortunately there isn't a bar so the steps away Chillis restaurant provided for me one.

I will stay here again, great service and is so convenient for so many activities. I stayed a Saturday night for a concert at Arena Monterrey and was so convenient that we walked, we feel safe all the time. All personnel were so polite and helpful all the time..

Very disappointing experience. Room was downgraded by management due to lack of availability, but we were charged the same. They tried to gift us a free buffet, but the food was service was slow---and the buffet was more a "snack" bar than a buffet. I do not think I'll be back here.

La atención del personal en general fue buena, la ubicación del hotel es céntrica, la habitación tiene lo necesario para pasar unos cuantos días, se ve que es algo viejo el hotel por lo desgastado y rotó de algunas partes del mobiliario, el teléfono no funcionó por lo que tenia que bajar a pedir servicio a la habitación y para solicitar algunas cosas que no ponían en la habitación, la limpieza no es buena, no barrian bien y el baño aunque parecía limpio no olía a productos de limpieza, cambian diario las tallas aunque algunas están muy desgastadas, salieron cucarachas pequeñas, la comida no es muy variada y tiene un sabor promedio, no creo volver a hospedarme ahí
