The property was very close to their terminal where I was flying out of, which was great. Check-in went OK except that the lobby was extremely hot and there was no AC. When I got to the room, the AC was off and it took a long time to cool the room. Also, the room had a musty smell. Since it was late Check-in (11pm) and I was going to wake up at 3:30pm for my early flight, I did not bother asking for another room. The only upside was the proximity to the terminal.

HGI MTY Aeropuerto is a super convenient location since it is located in Terminal B ✔️ Reception- Less than friendly / was told that being a Gold Member with Hilton makes no difference in the type of room I was getting (talk about unfriendly comment). Room was fine & Room service was super nice and friendly ✔️

Les tomó 3 horas para atender a mi esposo cuando llegò. Mientras esperaba se fué al comer al restaurante de ahì, pero tuvo que dejar de comer porque tenia que estar espantando las moscas. Le era muy desagradable comer bajo estas circunstancias. Una vez que entró a su habitaciòn, la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado. Al llamar a recepción le dijeron que esperara a que fuese el técnico a reparar el aire. Ante esta situación mi esposo pidió que le regresaran su dinero o que le dieran otra habitación. Le dieron otra, pero ésta tenìa un olor terrible, olìa a pies. Para tolerarlo, tuvo que abrir la puerta y rociar loción para soportarla. Después de haber tenido una cirugìa, no se sentìa bien para seguir peleando. Se quiso preparar un café y la tasa estaba sucia. Claramente se veía que alguien la había usado. Terrible servicio, terribles instalaciones.
