Guest services are a plus. My husband and I got upgraded to a room with a better view and a jacuzzi. It was beautiful. This was because our original room had a wierd smell. They also paid for our breakfast at their restaurant.

De los 3 elevadores que tiene el hotel, uno no funciona. Los fines de semana se satura el hotel entre el restaurant y el check out de huéspedes, por lo que tienes que esperar hasta 30 minutos para poder encontrar espacio en el elevador.
