GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm; a fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors on the platform, and notified to the host, will be allowed access.
4. No parties or wandering around the department with open alcoholic drinks.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they are stained, an additional cleaning fee or replacement charge will apply.
6. A charge will be made for towels and/or sheets if they are stained by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking spot may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the department.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

FINES

Violating any point of both regulations may result in fines from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, as previously quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the entire item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN for a set of sheets, $500 MXN for a towel, and $1,500 MXN for a duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Item value (If not reported to the host, an additional fee of $1,000 will apply).

Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Parking in an unauthorized space: A wheel lock will be applied, and a fine will be charged.

Lost keys and/or cards will incur a replacement charge of $500 MXN.
