Not a pleasant stay

Expected more. Pics of rooms are nice but it’s a different story upon arrival. Dirty bathroom with kinky hair all over the floor. Air conditioning didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, you can hear kids screaming and laughing from room 246. If you arrive too late there is no parking space available.

Good hotel to stay

Safi Hotel has 3 locations and I have stayed several times in the first one that has being my favorite. The one I stayed gave me a little headache because I booked king bed and was not available. Internet in the first night was a nightmare because I called 4 time the service and it took o we an hour to send someone that did not fix the problem. The bedroom had a horrible smell. The second day in the morning I spoke with a front desk supervisor Kris’s and she change my room and I had a perfect stay after that. She was very kind.

The continental breakfast did not include any hot items, no eggs nothing. Very Limited selection available even with paying extra for the full breakfast. Food was bland it did not have any flavor, no seasoning. Overall way over priced for what you get. Bath Towels are hard and smell old. elevator never worked during our 4 day stay and after staying in the 6th floor the stairs definitely made it exhausting, bed mattress are hard, walls are super thin, the room next to us was loud during sexual inter-coarse all night, even woke up my kids, we called front desk no one answered. The place needs a professional- deep cleaning and pipes need drain-o as they seem to be clogged when showering the water builds up quickly. The mini split ac unit is loud and rattles with all sort of noises. They left 2 small bottled water in your room with a sign indicating any used after these 2 would have a fee! This is small bottles of water we are talking about, for as expensive as it is the least they could do is include the water! The reception ladies are not welcoming or even ask how your stay was at the check out at that not even a thank you! They were too busy stuffing there face in a back room and seemed annoyed of hearing the bell ring at the desk and they get interrupted to have to come and do there job’ we had high hopes of this hotel it’s definitely disgusting and over priced. Never again!
