Location but not much else

The only truly outstanding aspect for this property is the location and for the event I was attending, this location was a life-saver. I booked a single room which had a full size bed, not king, even though there was space for one. This would not work for most couples. The mattress was hard and the pillows too soft and all different shapes. The sheets microfiber which was an unusual surprise. One particular situation bothered me especially. All of the tables close to the buffet at breakfast were always reserved. When I asked staff they stated these were set aside for diamond guests. I am being generous calling this property 3 stars and even if I was a diamond guest this would bother me as it is hardly a perk. A perfect example of shrinkflation where they just give you something that was available to anyone but now call it a perk. Overall I would probably only come back to this property if attending a concert nearby.

A great place to stay!

We enjoyed this stay, it was walking distance to Parque Fundidora, it's a cute hotell, friendly. The breakfast is good, specially the gentleman in charge, an incredible hard worker, very nice and helpful. This is a great place to stay!

Hotel in front of Arena Monterrey, used by schooltrips so there are lots of kids and teenagers. Reception is crowded and busy, rooms are very basic. Not terrible but I would reconsider another hotel unless you are going to the Arena.

Room was VERY small, to get to the hotel is a pain, we could easily hear noises from other rooms. Walls seemed like cardboard walls. Don’t really recommend unless you’re going to a concert because Arena Monterrey is right next door.

Great place to attend whatever is happening at Arena Monterrey. Breakfast was quite good. Room walls were paper-thin. Check in was weird as the lobby is on an upper level but there are no signs indicating to ride the elevator up, that would definitely improve the experience. Overall a good one, anyway.
