A estadia foi muito agradável, muito descomplicada. O hotel é pequeno e prático, mas justamente isso lhe dá um aconchego maior. O fato de ser pequeno tampouco o impede de ter bons serviços. A única coisa que poderia fazer falta é um restaurante que sirva almoço e jantar (tinha café da manhã bom e serviço de quarto, mas não restaurante), mas a localização do hotel cumpriu o papel: havia muitos restaurantes na vizinhança, inclusive os da praia de Pocitos, que fica há poucos metros. Minha esposa e eu gostamos muito e, definitivamente, nos hospedaríamos outras vezes.

Bem localizado e confortável

O hotel é bem localizado e confortável. A recepção atende bem. Deixou a desejar no café da manhã. As copeiras ficam conversando alto na cozinha e não cuidam da limpeza e organização do café adequadamente. Não existe zelo e cuidado. Outra fator que me chamou a atenção, na chegada o quarto estava bem arrumado, colcha bem colocada. Na organização do dia seguinte a cama estava extremamente mal arrumada e a limpeza deixou a desejar. Gostei do hotel. Sugiro corrigir esses itens para manter a qualidade.

A basic but very pleasant hotel. Rooms were clean, staff attentive and the breakfast was in keeping with what you would expect at a 3 star hotel. Hotel is in good location near beach and restaurants and shops. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bairro seguro, próximo a restaurantes. Cama muito confortável, não dava vontade de levantar. Café da manhã bom. Wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente. Se você valoriza um bom café da manhã, FUJA DESSE HOTEL!!! O lugar para café tem apenas umas 8 meses para todos os hóspedes; um dia tive que ficar com o prato na mão esperando a boa vontade de alguém levantar para eu tomar o café; a comida deixa a desejar, pouca variedade, sempre a mesma coisa. A limpeza do nosso quarto foi bem mal feita também; tivemos que reclamar na recepção porque os copos não eram trocados; deixamos restos de comida proposital e verificamos que o chão não era limpado; acho que só trocam as roupas de cama. A única coisa boa é a localização!
