The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bath tub floor was a bit to slick, a rubber bath mat would be nice for safety purposes. The Lady Manager was Very Nice and helpful!

The sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The bathroom was dirty, and I felt cleaner before getting into the shower. The staff offered to put us in another room, but we were too tired from the long drive to move, so they were friendly and apologized, and gave us clean sheets, and I changed the bedding myself. I understand rooms may get missed, but it was nasty, and I think the maids just made the beds and left the room, so not managments fault.
The pillow cases had someone else's makeup smeared on them; the maids obviously didn't change them.
I don't even want to state what I think this is.

It was pleasing, the housekeeping made a big difference when switching out towels and cloths automatically. I wish breakfast had soft boiled eggs for breakfast. But overall a great stay.
