I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn! The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, the water pressure in the shower was perfect, and I appreciated the little details like extra towels and toiletries. The hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient too, close to restaurants and stores. I also loved having access to the pool and gym during my stay. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was okay, the customer service was weak at the front desk. The breakfast area where the plates are held was dusty, ( they just add plates on top without cleaning the holder). The windows in the breakfast area was dirty, with visible fine dust, hair, resting on the foundation. The first IHG facility where the breakfast area needed detailed cleaning.
