Ms. Nikki was so nice and helpful. I arrived earlier than intended and needed to pump and she set me up in a small room to do just that and by the time I was done my room was ready! The only difficulty I had was connecting to the Wi-Fi but other than that it was a great stay.

Love the stay My husband and I use this spot to get away from kids. The communication is awesome and the staff is incredible. The air in our unit went out they moved us to another room promptly. We love this place we will definitely be back

The Best Place to stay In Montgomery

Clean room, nice staff and kinda quiet what more could you ask for. This deserves more than a 5 star considering this hotel is like a apartment it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed.

Bed dirty sheets had stains on it please need money back I took pictures of it to and the front desk said they order the covers from so company and the don't have washers and dryers there poor service I will never stay at that hotel again I didn't enjoy my vacation

Nice but had issues

Overall, our stay was okay, but the cleanliness could have been much better. Upon arrival, the first unit (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) had urine near the toilet and stained towels. In addition, the cooling system was not working properly. Once we reported the issue, the staff responded quickly and moved us to another unit without any hassle. The second unit (king bed and a sofa bed) was more comfortable, but it had an unusual smell that appeared when the shower was running. It wasn’t bad enough to report, but it was noticeable.
