Cocoonr offers you this charming 220 m² villa with swimming pool and panoramic sea views for rent in Monticello, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 110 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 1,500 m². Sheets and towels optional, wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 110 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace (wood not provided) opening onto a sea-view terrace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

1st floor
- Bedroom 1: two single beds forming a king-size bed (180x200) and a sea-view balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a sea-view balcony
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

On the 2ᵉ floor
- Bedroom 4: master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), an en-suite shower room with shower, an adjoining separate WC and a terrace with sea views

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 11 × 5m, open from 01/04 to 30/11, with security around the pool.
- Outdoor kitchen
- 1,500 m² garden
- A 45 m² terrace adjoining the living room, facing north and on the ground floor, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A north-facing 12 m² terrace on the 2ᵉ floor
- Two balconies of 7 and 2 m² with sea views, facing north

The house is ideally located in Monticello, in a very pleasant environment with views over the bay of Ile rousse and Cap Corse. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
- Discover the village of Monticello with its narrow streets and listed churches
- Walks and hikes along panoramic paths with views of the sea and mountains
- Beach accessible at around 4 km, water sports activities
- Horse or pony rides in the hills
- Discover Corsican gastronomy (cooked meats, cheese, wine, etc.)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the villa's private outdoor car park (3 or 4 vehicles). A recharging point for electric vehicles is available.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest port: Ile-Rousse marina, around 5 km away
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, approx. 26 km away

⚠ Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
