Stylish apartment in an old Tuscan country house

We rent a 54 square meter, two-storey apartment in the middle of the Tuscan woods, near the Colline Metallifere. The apartment was newly renovated in 2019.
The apartment consists of a kitchen on the ground floor with a small terrace, a bathroom and two sleeping areas. Thus, the apartment is ideal for three people or even better for two adults with two children.
Due to the seclusion, our road is a little adventure, the arrival with a cross-country vehicle is recommended. You will be rewarded with a lot of nature. If you like walking, bouldering or mountain biking, this is the place for you. But even those who are looking for pure relaxation, come here at his expense.
Geographically, we are located between the interesting cities of Siena and Massa Marittima.
The Tyrrhenian coast can be reached in 45 minutes by car, a day trip to Florence (110 km away) is also possible.
For a surcharge of 70 euros for 5 hours, a trained social worker for childcare is available if required.

Sehr schöne Gegend um runter zukommen

Sehr sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Dort kann man eins sein mit der Natur. Simone, Felix und die Kinder sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung

Eins mit der Natur

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen bei Simone & Felix verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch mitten im Wald und bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort um den Alltag zu vergessen. Die Anreise mit dem Kombi war ein kleines Abenteuer, hat aber mit Simones Unterstützung problemlos geklappt. Wir wurden mit reichlich Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt und mit selbstgemachter neapolitanischer Pizza aus dem Steinofen verwöhnt. Ein schöner Ort mit tollen Gastgeber*innen!
