La description indique une réception 24/7, cependant il n'y avait personne à notre arrivée à 23h30. Nous devions appeler un gardien responsable de 3 hôtels en même temps pour avoir accès à la clé à distance. La toilette de notre chambre était bouchée et nous avons dû attendre une demi-heure pour avoir une nouvelle chambre, le gardien devant se déplacer sur place pour venir nous l'attribuer. À noter que la recharge pour les véhicules électriques se fait à partir de l'application et non d'une carte. Autrement, l'établissement et les chambres étaient très propres. Petit-déjeuner correct (sauvé par la machine à crêpes!).

Welcomed right away by very friendly staff at the front desk. Check in quick and easy. Recommendations provided where we could have dinner and she even phoned the restaurant to make sure they were still open as it was later on a Tuesday evening. Upon our return from eating, we were again greeted warmly by same person and asked how her dinner recommendation was. It was very good. Overal, would certainly recommend this hotel.

There was a restaurant next door which was very convenient. The breakfast was very nice, loved the coffee and pancakes. We were three people in a room, so sharing a bed was not comfortable. Bed was too small. We asked the front desk if there were any Queen size beds but they said they only had double beds. These beds seemed smaller than a double bed though. The bathroom was not very clean. If we had to stay more than one night, we would stay somewhere else.

There were kids running up and down the hallways, playing ball hockey in the hallway out side my door, hitting the walls and doors, past 10pm. I had to ask the front desk 3 tims to please ask the parents to tell their kids to lower the noise or to play somewhere more appropriate rather than the hallway. It was only after the third time that the kids were moved somewhere else. I'm not sure maybe there was a hockey game or a tournament going on that weekend, and maybe the hotel is usually booked around this time of year for that, however if that was the case, then please let me know ahead of time before I confirm my booking so that I can book somewhere else.

Were assured an early check-in only to arrive and find out that our suite/room was still 30 minutes from being done, which makes no sense as only 3 cars were parked overnight for the entire hotel that night.
