Most of the desk staff were polite and helpful. Except for one he was unpolite and rude from check in to the tone he spoke to explain basic information. I speak perfectly french so I don't believe the whole American behavior applies here. The entry door by the coffee shop smells urine during our whole stay and that's terrible. The main door is usually not working and you need to enter by the coffee shop. We stayed 7 nights and the location is perfect. Cleaning ladies were very polite and room was perfectly clean. I'd love to come again to Montpellier but I won't stay again in this hotel.

Excellent service and nice quite and aircondition room that can be kept on even if you leave the room. Big plus! Shower can be slippery but large and good condition. Corridors a bit smelly but nothing to complain about in the room.
