Ylellinen ja iso huoneisto (1200sf), jossa 2 makuuhuonetta (queen-vuoteet jokaisessa huoneessa) ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Ammattimaisesti puhdistettu jokaisen vierailun jälkeen. Kun kirjoitat huoneisto oikealla on makuuhuone jossa ovi sulkea pois toisesta osasta condo. Sisällä makuuhuone on vieressä suuri kylpyhuone, joka on suljettu ranskalaiset ovet. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on suuri lasisuihku, kaksoisallas ja peili. Edessä oleva parveke sijaitsee pois makuuhuoneesta. Täysi yksityisyys sinulle. Kun kirjoitat huoneisto ja käännyt vasemmalle, sinulla on kaikki säädöt ilmastointilaitteeseen ja sisäpuhelimeen sekä suuri salonki. Jatkamalla pitkin on olohuone 55 "taulutelevisiolla. Netflix ja langaton internetyhteys mukana kaunis valkoinen nahkasohva. Toinen makuuhuone on erotettu makuuhuoneeseen käytävällä ja olohuone täydellistä yksityisyyttä. Toinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja suihkulla on suoraan toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on yhden kosketuksen expresso-kahvinkeitin. Kahvi mukana. Astioita, mukit, lasit, viinilasit, leivänpaahdin, mikroaaltouuni, ruokailuvälineet, ruoanlaittovälineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet. 2 kylpytakaa. 4 sarjaa tossut. Shampoo ja kosteusemulsio. Takaosan parveke on pois keittiöstä ja kesällä punkikalusteilla on pieni pöytä nauttia auringosta.

Not worth the money, photos inaccurate, dirty.

Counters not wiped down well, streaky glass and faucets, no coffee, used milk in fridge, sheets not clean, no towels out, bathroom mats dirty, someone’s sandals left out, not the same place as was in the photos, had to do tons of laundry to get house up to acceptable to sleep in. Used soap bar in master shower (didn’t touch it), lots of personal items in drawers in master bathroom, weird that the shampoo and body wash in the shower are large so multiple people use them, lots of personal food items in pantry, both porch doors weren’t locked when we arrived, chaotic linens in master closet, overall just disorganized and a little messy. Would not stay here again or recommend, honestly it was my first stay with VRBO and I’m hesitant to do it again.

Great location-beautiful apartment

We loved this apartment. It was big, clean and had everything we could have needed. We enjoyed the back deck and the front porch. The Metro was a 5 minute walk. Stephanie was great! We will stay again!!

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appartement agréable et correspondant au descriptif. Lits en 160 cm et matelas de qualité. Appartement à 10 mn de la ligne de métro orange à pieds (station Lionel Groulx) donc très pratique pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Montréal ou d'autres quartiers.

Pictures don't do justice

The property is even better than what you see in the pictures. The neighborhood has all you can ask for. The only slight negative is parking is very tight if you have a large vehicle. Overall great stay. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay

We stayed with another couple for a week at this property and we were all extremely pleased. The space is extremely comfortable and there was a lot of room (kitchen, living room, TWO balconies) to spread out. Appreciated the washer and dryer. the property is located 5 minutes to the metro and we did not drive at all once once we got parked. The neighborhood felt safe with all the conveniences well within walking distance. The only caution-- the alley to the parking behind the property is narrow. We have a Ford Edge and got it parked no problem, but I would not have wanted any bigger car, nor would I have wanted to pull a car in and out every day, especially in the dark. Someone was complaining about the stairs, seriously we counted and there are 25 and if you can't handle 25 steps, then Montreal is probably not a good destination for you--we averaged 15,000 steps/day. We were very happy with the venue. Comfortable, well-appointed and close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing in Montreal

This was the first part of our two location stay in Canada. The place was was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice! The condo is beautiful...well decorated! All the fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. The kitchen appliances were nice. The location was really cool. It was like a nice residential area was placed in the city! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance...and great food and friendly people. Stephanie was great to work with. Our only disappointment was that we didn't plan to stay longer! If and when we return to Montreal, this will be the first place we look at staying!

Great place and location

This apartment suited us very well. It was very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed. It was very convenient to public transportation that we found easy to use to go into town, to Mont Royale, and other sites in Montreal. My only suggestion would be to have another towel rack in each bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.

Great week

great location for access to amenities. Parking is tight but can accommodate a large car with side mirrors pulled in. Apt very clean and nicely decorated. Overall a very pleasant experience and will stay again. A short 10 to 15 min drive into the city.

L'appartement que l'on aimerait habiter toute l 'année

Nous venons régulièrement à Montréal mais n'avions jamais eu la chance de séjourner dans un appartement aussi confortable et agréable : beaucoup beaucoup d'espace, tous les équipements nécessaires y compris pour réellement cuisiner, deux balcons dont nous aurions rêvé de profiter si la météo avait été favorable, la place de parking indispensable à Montréal et accessible facilement avec une voiture de location catégorie B. Le quartier est très agréable et les principaux commerces (nombreux) sont accessibles à pied dans un rayon de 10' de marche. La station de métro Vendôme, à 5' à pied, permet de rejoindre en 15' sans changement le centre de Montréal. Bref, que demander de plus ? Vraiment rien puisque s'ajoutent à tout cela la réactivité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire. Nous avons hâte de revenir à Montréal dans cet appartement.

Love it!

Staying at Danielle’s was amazing! The property is so beautifully laid out in an older, yet well maintained building. Entry was a breeze - Danielle is extremely detail oriented when it comes to giving instructions. Something to note - there are no elevators in the building (not sure if I missed this in the description, or if it wasn’t included). Thankfully, there are only 3 floors! Upon entry the placed smelled cleaned. Surfaces were most definitely wiped down, swept and mopped however linens and fabrics smelt as if it were time for a deep steam clean or replacement. We found a few odd things which reflected the level in which the place was cleaned (for example, a used mask behind a dresser). A lot of the furniture does not match the pictures as well. Parking was a bit of a challenge, only for the mere fact I drive a large SUV and the alleyway to the parking lot was unbelievably narrow. Once parked, I chose to Uber places as moving my car would be quite the hassle. Danielle ensured her place is STOCKED with individualized sized needs - sugar, shampoo, etc. Not once did we need to message her to request more of anything, or the location of anything. All in all, I would stay at Danielle’s again in a heartbeat!

family trip

My husband and I, along with his brother & wife, were exploring Montreal for our first visit. We loved this apartment, as it met all of our needs and privacy. It was very clean. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and not enough for 4 adults. Our only negative comment was the stairs. I specifically asked how many stairs up to the apartment and was told "10", so when we got there and there were 46, it was frustrating. And difficult for us. If the stairs aren't an issue for you, we highly recommend this apartment. We parked 1/2 block away for $2 for the entire night and skipped the small parking lot for this building since we had a Chevy Tahoe.

Great Neighborhood in Montreal

We had a delightful stay in this great neighborhood. It is very friendly, with lots of nearby stores and restaurants (Kavos on Sherbrook was fantastic!). Most people in this neighborhood speak both French and English. The driveway and the parking is very tight. Danielle was very helpful and quickly responded to any inquiry we had, all week. Due to a logistical travel problem we had, we ended up having to bring two cars, but Danielle allowed us to park both cars on site whenever one of the apartments was vacant...thanks Danielle for a great stay!

Beautifully Renovated

This is a beautiful place and a short walk to the Metro for easy access all over Montreal. Also has restaurants near by and a grocery store Provigo a short drive or bus ride away. The only negative is the narrow driveway to the parking in back. It is best to accommodate a midsize or smaller. My Chev Impala got scratched as we couldn't get the angle on the way out. Going in was OK. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony outside the master bedroom is great. Both bedrooms had queen sized beds that were comfortable. If you are coming from the airport you will not need a rental car as bus/metro passes are easy to get at the subway and not expensive. There are one day passes and 3 day passes which gets one around Montreal to see the sites.

Very clean and well appointed condo.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the Metro and many great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that the parking situation was very difficult to maneuver in and out of. We have a Mazda CX-9 and we scratched our car going in and out of the parking in back. The owner warned us it was tight but assured us it would be ok. That’s the only negative. If you have an SUV you may want to look elsewhere.
