The hotel is always great but the bathroom had an issue with the shower curtain rod. Also, the carpets in the hallway look like they need to be replaced.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Nice location. The property was a condo/apartment converted into a hotel. The shower knob was terrible. There is no parking for this hotel and have to park at the holiday inn for additional fee of $40. The floors carpets were dirty and we have to keep kids away from the floor.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, but the seating area is small. Very well located and close to the train station. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was nice, the place is not clean and is run down, the pillows smelled, bed sheets were stained and with holes, sofa couch had holes and the mattress was dirty, breakfast area run down, did not eat breakfast there. It came with a balcony, the door was a joke, you could hear all the noises from outside, there is construction happening around the area. The night we stayed there was a fire in one of the buildings right across from the street, the noise was insane, did not sleep all night, I would definitely not go back, very bad experience for us.

We really enjoyed our stay! we came for osheaga and the hotel was very conveniently located near multiple metro stops, a shopping quarter and a lot of bars/restaurants open late. the facilities itself were good. nothing top tier but all around solid. the breakfast included was a big bonus!
