Cleanliness excellent!! Location of the hotel is awesome. The restaurants nearby outstanding! enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness room, with plenty of towels. Little attentions like a bag of earplugs in the room or a chocolate on the pillow or little slippers would be an elegant upgrade. Overall it was second time experience and we were satisfied with the hotel. I would have appreciated if the front desk would have proposed a quieter room or options. It’s important for my son and I to travel to quiet hotels, he has sensory overload issues and we heard the doors opening and shutting hard, several times in the middle of the night, especially between 2 and 3 am. I hope it will be constructive feedback and helpful. Thank you, it was a lovely stay overall. 😊

First time in Montreal and stayed here for 2 nights. Tons of restaurants within walking distance but a little pricey. Just 3 stops on the train to downtown which is connected by a 2min walk on the over pass. Staff is accommodating.

We always go there when we’re in town and this time, we’ve been very disappointed. First, when we checked in, we had to come back to the reception to ask for our room to be vacuumed. The cleanliness was not as it used to and unacceptable. Another disappointment is that there was no acknowledgment to salute us every time we passed by the front desk; it used to be so friendly before. We love this place for the convenience and location but it needs to be refreshed and improved.
