I like everything in there the only thing was I reserve a king size bed but they gave us queen size bed I believe other than that it was very clean and the lady at the front was very nice I don’t remember her name but she was blonde and pretty very nice person!

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — it was bent in the middle and had a terrible odor, as if something had been spilled on it. The entire room felt stuffy with no fresh air, which made the situation even worse. Overall, we had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable night.

Great hotel with only minor faults, great stay!

Hotel Escad is and continues to be our hotel of choice when in this area. Top-tier customer service and extremely well cleaned rooms combine for a great experience. One thing about this hotel is the absolute silence, it's very rare to hear any noise at all. My only notes, and this is only if I'm being EXTREMELY picky, are that some fixtures and lighting is aging and needs refreshing. The ability to dim the limited fixtures would help for winding down calmly. The shower head and wand suffered from clogged nozzles which I would not expect from a well managed hotel like this one. Other than that, Escade Dix30 remains our preferred hotel in the Brossard area. You will not be disappointed. Great for couples! We prefer the great landscape city views of nearby Montreal. Nearby shopping and dining is genuinely relaxing and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Escad Hotel Quartier DIX30 with my mother, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location is unbeatable — close to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy and convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfast — while it was fairly simple, it was such a nice treat to have it served in our room. The friendly lady who brought our breakfast made our mornings extra special, helping us plan our days and giving great recommendations for things to do in the area. Her warm and welcoming attitude really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding staff. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!
