The hotel itself is nice, with spacious, modern, clean suites. Parking is also affordable and accessible. The are immediately surrounding the property contains a large concentration of homelessness and filthy streets which I wasn’t expecting.

Nice hotel, good location in Old Miontreal, secure (extra fee) parking with leave and return priviledges, reasonable breakfast included, pleasant front desk staff, fair price. Montreal getting to be a s-hole like other big cities. Pretty grungy neighbourhood.

This hotel is clean, the staff is wonderful and the location is in walking distance to Chinatown and all of the activities in Old Montreal. Many gluten free breakfast options (eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and gf cereal). The room was well equipped and quiet. The only complaint is the bed- it is a mattress on a hard platform and not comfortable. The pillows are soft and comfortable though.
