Everything OK except for absence of instructions to get to parking, I did not know the room key was necessary to operate the parking door, which created a small traffic jam at the entrance of the parking. No big deal, however.

Nice hotel staff was amazing and very very kind and helpful,The room was very clean and modern and had everything you expect. The location was amazing and very centrally located. My only drawbacks were. The beds felt a little worn out but the sheets were clean, the only reason I gave a 4 star was the parking situation. Parking is $37 a day pretty reasonable for the city the entrance and exit is very tight and very hard to get into in during peak check-in time people were on the street trying to get in as the drop off area in front of the hotel was full and the driveway into the parking garage was full as people were waiting to get access to it. The parking and the beds aren’t bad enough to make me not want to come back. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again!

If I could give 0 star, I would! We pre-checked in the room of 1008, but they change us to another room right underneath the gym, where made very loud noise starting from 7am to 11pm. My two kids cannot sleep until the gym closed. We tried to get in touch with front desk to find the solution. The answer was no solution could be provided because it’s fully booked. They recommended us to cancel the booking and leave at hotel at 9pm with -5 degree weather. This is the most ridiculous experience I have never had. Highly recommend NOT TO STAY there!!!

The king bed was horrible! I did let them know, they did offer maintenance to come take a look at the bed for alignment or other structural issues - that washt the case though, and not necessary for a visit. We stayed night (to see Habs play), however back in Jan and we will not be staying here again, paying money id like a comfy sleep.
