This hotel is good with good service staff and great dining options and location. It could take it up a notch by adding nice thoughtful little touches like robes, water bottle refills and slippers for the cold floors. But otherwise a great hotel

Be Aware! No coffee included in the “included breakfast.” The property included breakfast for four guests. We had breakfast for four and ordered two coffees. The next day, after checkout, I noticed a $21.85 charge from their restaurant. I was told that the breakfast doesn't include coffee/tea/juice. This is the first time I have ever heard of this. I had signed a receipt for about $3 plus tax for each coffee charge, but the hotel still overcharged me. If you don’t normally check your credit card statements, always verify that what you’re billed matches what you signed for. Now, the hotel says it will take them “a few” days to investigate and get back to me. The hotel operates under both the Garden and Hampton names, sharing the same lobby, pool, and facilities. I strongly suggest booking with Hampton instead - they get buffet breakfast without these surprises.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Friend’s Car Stolen from Hilton Parking Garage I stayed at Hilton recently and parked my car in their garage (P3), along with my friend’s vehicle. Shockingly, my friend’s car was stolen from P3 during our stay. It has now been over a month, and the car still hasn’t been recovered. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability or proactive communication from Hilton regarding the incident. For a brand of this reputation, I expected security measures and follow-up to match the promises made to guests. Instead, it has been an exhausting and stressful experience. If you value the safety of your vehicle, I would strongly reconsider using this property’s parking facilities.

Great stay

Everything was excellent. Parking was easy, although it cost about $20 a night. You could hear traffic slightly on the highway side. Didn’t pay for the breakfast so I have no comment on it. The restaurant there was really good.
