Check in was torturous. The clerk seemed baffled. Parking was terrifying - narrow, steep incline which served as both entrance and exit. Tiny parking area. Then we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to steet level only to have to walk another block or so to the hotel. Room was ok. The little balcony was nice. We didn't know we had to ask for housekeeping so our room was not made up. The breakfast was minimalistic. Our 1st morning the breakfast room was packed with people so we were taking our trays back to our room. A staff member stopped us saying we couldn't leave with the trays. She had to confer with another staff member who scanned the room to verify that there were no available seats. Also, there's no safe in the room. There was a note on the card with our key that the front desk had a safe. When we brought down our passports, the clerk was baffled - there was no safe (probably an American problem.) The location was good. Metro is a block from the hotel. We tried to call the hotel before we discovered the Metro to ask which station was closest. We were on hold for about 2 minutes. It was a reasonable price with ok accommodations. I think next time I'd stay somewhere else.

This was a clean and well maintained, renovated hotel in the east end of downtown. Secure reception and spacious rooms. Conveniently located near metros, old Montreal, Latin Quarter, etc. I found the front desk agent friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about. A well priced hotel in a great location.

It was a quick walk to the Subway. The staff were nice. The Murphy bed was more comfortable than a sofa bed. The kitchenette was nice to have. Wood floors was cleaner than carpet. Parking is down the street, but manageable. Overall, nice for a group of 4 people.

What I liked most about this property is how close it is to attractions. I also liked that we could hop on the metro to get to any place that we wanted to go to. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I also liked having a kitchen so that we could have breakfast in our room in the mornings. This hotel has friendly staff and the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again!!

We stayed there for two nights. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The location is great, close walk to old port. Their parking can’t fit your car if you have SUV. It was a challenge to find parking. Breakfast options were very limited and room was noisy since the hotel is on the main Street.

This was my first visit to Le Roberval, although I have considered going there in the past. Rolled the dice on them this time, and I was very satisfied with the result. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Slept like a baby for three nights and had plenty of room for my stuff. Couldn't get the microwave to work, which was aggravating, but having a fridge was really nice. Breakfast was very nice. The staff works very hard to keep things stocked and fresh. I would be glad to return to Le Roberval in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall look of the property was nice, there were a couple of serious issues that impacted our experience. First, parking is not on-site — it's located in a different building nearby, which was inconvenient, especially when arriving with luggage or in poor weather. Clearer communication about this in advance would have been appreciated. More concerning was that our room was double-booked. About an hour after we checked in and settled into our room, another guest used their key card and walked in — understandably confused. This was a major privacy and safety concern, and it left us feeling quite uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. While the staff were polite, this situation really affected our overall impression
