While the stay was alright there was some confusion with the elevators. I took the wrong elevator not knowing they shared facilities with the hotel next to them (there was no sign saying this elevator was only for a certain hotel). I was stuck in the elevator for 45mins and there was no effort to support me after I called 3 times. I had to continuously follow up with them in trying to get out. When I finally got out it was by chance. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk about the situation, and the energy that was given to me was low.

It was good for an overnight stay. Some lights didn’t work, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was convenient, difficult to find the underground parking, mostly due to construction detours.
