Great hotel in a good location. Very convenient and close to tourist attractions and transportation locations. Very close to old city and Saint-Catherine. The 747 Bus stops near the hotel and is convenient to get to the airport.

The hotel is cheaply built and is already showing a lot of wear. It is in a part of Montreal where there are lots of people asking for money on the streets and people who are clearly high on drugs. Despite this, there is no security at the front door and no card tap security in the elevator. The front desk was messy and staffed by only on receptionist and the valet parker. The lobby was full of leaves that had blown in and which were just left there. the valet parking only is available 7.30-10.30 which does not allow for either an early departure or getting back a little later after a night out. Very poor overall

They asked me what time I would like to check in. I requested 2:00 PM. Was there at 2:00, room wasn’t ready till after 4:00 PM. We had theater plans for 4:30 so it was cutting things very close. Otherwise the property was fine, albeit a very noisy neighborhood.

I was good value for the money. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Good location, near Chinatown entrance. Walking distance to Old Montreal and subway station. Bus from the airport stops in front of it. Would stay there again. Gym was nice and quiet. I used it everyday.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were a few positives, there were several aspects that left much to be desired. Great Location: The hotel is situated in a fantastic area with a lot of walkable attractions. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby Cons: Room Condition: My room wasn’t up to the standard I expected. There were spider webs in the corners, and the room was quite dusty. Poor Front Desk Communication: I had to request housekeeping 3 times during my stay, but the room wasn’t cleaned until the day before I checked out. At first, I thought it was just an oversight, but after the third attempt, it became clear that the cleaning was simply not a priority. Staff kept reiterating that they “put it in the notes”. On the 3rd try the manager finally got our room clean after we complained again. (The cleaning staff were kind!) This was frustrating after walking all day and wanting to freshen up before dinner. Communication Issues: The communication between the staff was lacking. I spoke to a few different people about the issues, but none seemed to have a clear understanding of what was happening or how to resolve it. Every time I followed up, I got different answers, which only made things more frustrating. No Compensation for Mistakes: Despite the ongoing issues, I was never offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Expedia tried to reach out to the hotel but the hotel would not provide compensation. Would not recommend.
