You are not notified until you arrive that there’s a $26.00 a day parking fee. The continental breakfast is $14.00 plus tax per person and the food was not good as well as there being no forks or spoons available. We didn’t need the unhappy hostess telling us that we have to bus our own table. We do that anyway. Our group was on 2 different floors and the only way we could meet up was to go to the lobby as you can only use the elevator to go to your floor. Front Desk staff would only say it’s for security reasons. If we go back to Montréal we will find a different hotel to stay in.

Awesome view from the one side of the building(west). Stayed for five nights and it was like having a wide screen tv on when looking outside.

The hotel itself is fine. A little mishap was that there were no coffee cups in the room (although there was a coffee maker). The garage is a maze. Although I came at the advertised and advised early hour (7am), the breakfast room was already totally overwhelmed with tourists. The concierge convinced me to come 30 minutes later - still completely overwhelmed. The room on the 18th floor was very good, bathroom as well - no problem there. Elevators work perfectly and efficiently.

Not enough towels in room with wash cloths. Also there was a “lollipop” stuck stuck to the sheets toward the foot area and the beds are not comfortable at all very hard.

Hyatt holds its standard; so in terms of cleanliness and facilities, I am very satisfied and have no complaints. However, during the check-in process, I noticed that other front desk crew would give the guests two bottles of water. I did not receive that at all. I am not sure why I was being treated differently.
