Great hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel is quaint and was decorated nicely for Christmas. The lobby area had a nice little bar, sitting area, small souvenir shop and interesting art. Everything was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed our room which was decorated with antiques and funky art. It’s in a convenient area within walking distance of many cafes, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!

Room was really nice and very comfortable. Housekeeping was perfect. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. It was an amazing stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be staying there again.

The wifi very seldom worked. I contacted staff many times and they said it didn’t work well. The bathroom drains were clogged and smelly. The cleaning lady came in our room well we were sleeping and proceeded to talk on the phone without realizing we were there. American propaganda in art work throughout the hotel.

The room was lovely! Beautiful tall ceilings and a huge king size bed! Very comfortable to sleep in. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning. Delicious croissants! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We love the decor of the hotel and really enjoyed our stay here.We would definitely recommend it!

The rooms were great. The hotel itself had a relaxing environment with a great bar area to grab a drink. I found the front desk associates should be more engaged with the city. For example when and where the Christmas markets are and when they are starting. They were very polite, I just feel they should have been more up to speed in city events for the time. I would definitely return to Lhotel. Great location and walkable to great restaurants and cafes.

Room was clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was great. Wish there were vending area or snacks in the gift shop. Also wish there was an ATM! Croissants were winderful, but really was hoping for a full breakfast. We would stay here again but be more prepared with bringing snacks!

We were given a free upgrade to a very nice corner suite. Staff very friendly. Building is old and majestic, fitted with quirky cool arty stuff. Very quiet and comfortable. Second time staying there, recommended.
