Just a few steps from the boardwalk along the Saint-Laurent River, as well as tourist attractions, festivals, and all the top restaurants, bars, cafés, and clubs that Montreal has to offer.

Unique in the neighbourhood, the penthouse features a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views. The terrace features an eight-person dining table, a fire pit for warming up on chilly days, and cozy sofas to relax and watch the sunset.

Spanning 2,500 sq. ft. with 15-ft. ceilings, this penthouse is accessible by elevator, which opens directly into the living room. You will be the only one with access, as a key is required to enter. The elegant penthouse offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the mezzanine, which overlooks the penthouse, there is a comfortable sofa bed.

Tastefully renovated. The modern open kitchen is adjacent to the dining area for eight people and features a comfortable living room with a large sofa, all beautifully furnished.

There is a pool table and a foosball table (also known as baby foot) to entertain children or enjoy fun with friends.

Equipped with A/C, heating, a smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a work area. A Pack ' n Play and a high chair are also available upon request.

The location of this condo is amazing and the amenities are beyond compare. Such a lovely experience, so close to the hustle and bustle of Montreal -- including museums, shops and fabulous food. The host, Deborah, was extremely responsive and I cannot say enough about the condo itself. It's perfect. Absolutely the best. Thank you!

Outstanding location and apartment

Great spot in a great city. The outdoor space is really cool to have. The photos are a bit misleading as they imply a couch in the loft space (it was empty) so we were hoping for an extra couch for a single to sleep on. Other than that, nothing but positives.
