It's a great hotel. It's very convenient if you are flying into Montreal, but it's a bit far away from the city. Still, the facilities are great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

During my stay at Novotel, everything from arrival to departure felt seamless and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and professional, with staff greeting me warmly and making sure I felt comfortable from the start. The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed—plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, and details that made it feel both stylish and relaxing. Room was clean but there was damage to the bathroom door that made it hard to close. Otherwise good, just do not order breakfast from the restaurant, was one of the worst meals I've ever paid for.
