Third time staying here in past couple of years. Room was awkward with a "see through" bathroom. Heating did not seem to work well. Rooms have a keycard lock on the room's lights. In the middle of the night it shorted out and we woke up to no lights, no HVAC and no power. Took several calls to get it fixed. Next time we will check out the nearby Holiday Inn when attending events ad The Bell Centre.

The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet and peaceful in the hotel. The breakfast was not included in the price but it was very nice and I am glad that I booked it with the reservation.

The overall experience at this location is exceptional. Staff is top notch, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is underwhelming for the price. But the food is good. Would stay here again for sure.
