I want impress to find ants under the phone and I'm the phone cord. I discoveted the ants bc the fridge wasnt working and i wanted to phone. When the guy came to look at the fridge, he said it happens they have ants.

Stay Away From This Old, Dirty Property

This is an old, ran down, tired property that needs to be gutted and refurbished. The carpet is filthy, the beds are old, the bathrooms have doors that don't close, etc., etc. IDK how anyone can rate it beyond two stars.

The property is clean but in a very urban area. Not pretty. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional, and spoke english! The hotel itself seems old but the location was perfect for my needs and the rooms were neat and clean with great ac. As this trip was just for an overnight stay I did not need the hotel itself to be part of the vacation experience, just as a place to change and sleep, so it worked for me.

Shady to say the least.

Horrible looks inside the building (the reception area was fine), disgusting carpet, door opener/lock was funky and did not seem secure. Old hotel. Parking is paid but not guaranteed, so even if you park and pay for overnight, but goes out for dinner let’s say, they do not guarantee you will find a spot later (and no refunds haha). Shady looking to say the least for a hotel chain.

It was a convenient location at a reasonable price. The room was updated and clean. It was big enough to have a sofa bed in there as well. The room I had was in an annexed building so there are some stairs to go up and down to get to it which isn't convenient with luggage. The doorway and windows were poorly insulated and it was very noisy. I had to put towels to stuff the gap at the bottom of the door to avoid hearing the neighbours door slamming and their conversations. I also heard a dog barking across the hall and the highway is right outside the window. I could've used earplugs. The pool could use a little updating, but the area was clean and it was quiet there. The included breakfast buffet had a decent variety of food choices. All in all it was a good bang for your buck stay, but not 5 stars.

The lowest level of management! Not professional at all. Generally staff not good, only two staff one cleaning a french lady and at the reception an Arab lady were very nice the rest rude and uncooperative and the manager was not behaving well with the staff either. Generally Indian very low quality services and rude behavior. Breakfast is terrible. They overbooked and many cars in the working area. Couldn’t get until the aces parked in the drive to be removed and it took over two hours. Rooms had 4-5 people while they are for 2 or max 3. This property needs to be closed based today’s hotel quality and services. Wyndham allows these happen and I wonder what is their business to have such properties with very low quality. Elevators are also very slow and generally used by services people and wasting the guests time. Gym is a joke. No ventilarion and a few not adequate equipment! I didn’t see anything positive in this hotel except two staff I mentioned! Terrible experience. They need to learn hospitality from scratch and it does not seem they have intention to do so!

Insufficient parking!!! Booked June 27 and 28. At the time of checking in, the front desk staff did not provide me a prior notice of the possibility that Ramada might not be able to provide sufficient parking for hotel patrons. I was not informed that the available parking is first come first serve, nor any alternate parking arrangements could be made in advance. I returned to the hotel before midnight, on June 28 and found all cars were double parked in the Ramada’s parking lot. I was provided alternate parking at the Marriot Courtyard, about 5 min walk from Ramada. I waited in line at Marriot to register for parking. By the time the process was completed with my car parked, I walked back to Ramada, alone, a female at 1:45 AM on Sunday morning. A one and half hours stressful and unnecessary ordeal that I did not need, as a visitor in a different city.

Nice experience. Spacious room with single 'queen bed' room (occupancy 1-2 people). Room includes: desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron. Amenties include: gym, swimming pool, parking, breakfast. Nice 3 star hotel. You get the bang for your buck.
