I read some of the review and I was really happy it lived up to it. The lady that checked us in late at night was wonderful. She was polite Nd very helpful. The room had no issues everything was in place Nd not out of place. The check out went smoothly and the gentleman that assisted us was wonderful as well. This experience really made the trip very pleasant and it was appreciated.

Breakfast was pretty limited compared to other Marriott’s. Likewise, the items offered for sale at the front lobby shop was very limited. Staff was kind and attentive. Room was spacious and very nice.

Great room ,cleaning staff are meticulous ,many amenities,however those that are not included in the reservation are very pricey,desk staff do not relay information to each other,despite the overall great service several are unpleasant or incompetent,I suggest you get a staff member or cameras in the pool area and gym to patrol occasionally in the evenings

Everything was great, however I feel like they are allowing people to park in parking lot who are not staying at the hotel and they were taking up parking spots in front of the door. I know this because the cars were covered in snow and did not move over the course of my stay. really they should have had to park at the back of the lot.
