The hotel itself was very new and modern. The rooms were nice with the added kitchen and were clean. The hotel is situated in a very noisy area that is not very walkable. Some rooms have the highway noise, but the staff was accommodating to change our room even though we had requested a quiet one initially. Parking is available underground too for a fee. Breakfast had the basics.

Fabulous breakfast, they were on top of keeping everything stocked. Giant rooms, very well done. They have everything you need in the suite (pots, silverware, etc). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great, our only complaint was they didn't keep the pool towels very stocked, and they didn't mop the deck the 3 days we were there (there was a fake nail on the ground the whole time). Would definitely stay here again though, worth every penny.

Charged a no-show during family emergency; no help modifying arrival date I booked Staybridge Suites Montréal Airport on Expedia while rushing to a family emergency and accidentally selected the wrong arrival date (one day early). Within 30 seconds I called the hotel to move the date; they said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, but I was told a manager couldn’t adjust it at 8:00 pm and they’d email management. The next morning I was informed I’d be charged a no-show fee of almost $300 and my reservation was canceled. When I arrived in person the following day, I spoke with General Manager Asma Hamila, who said nothing could be done because I booked via Expedia and that the no-show penalty would stand. I understand policies, but given the immediate contact, the same-week stay, and a documented family emergency, I expected basic flexibility or a one-time courtesy. Disappointing customer care.
