The only thing that was good is the location which was right on the lake. Rooms were tiny and the condition was more of a three star motel, beat up old floors, old furniture, etc. bathroom was even tinier with barely enough room to move. The only good thing was the lake view from the window. I would not stay there again.

Big room! Great views. Bathroom a little dated and the water from the shower was constantly cycling from hot to cold, so be careful especially with children. Tea & Coffee station with popcorn and sweets in reception was terrific. Lovely staff. Recommend a stay here.

The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili).

The room was excellent and even though it says obstructed view of the lake, we still have a beautiful lake view. Centrally located to train station and the shops. Just a note for passengers with big lugguages coming from train station, there's only a small escalator coming up and flights of stairs for going down to the hotel opposite the train station to get to the hotel. Luckily we found a public lift further down the road after dragging our lugguages for another 5mins. Then another 5 mins walk to the hotel entrance. Once we checked in and got into the room, all the lugguage dragging was well worth it!

Our room was clean with a view of the lake! It was spacious enough for three people to comfortably move around. There was complimentary water, juice and beer in the fridge. The staff was friendly, the food was very good The hotel’s location to the Christmas market and train station was ideal!

Great location for the Christmas market. Extremely loud at night until midnight. Limited sockets and lights that worked. Lifts not very fast to come to floors. Rooms were clean.
