We have recently renovated the interior of this spacious home! New flooring, updated cabinets, washer and dryer, fresh paint and lots of care! We have a large, open living area with a giant sectional and Roku smart tv were you can access all your streaming platforms! The kitchen is beautiful and has all the amenities you would need for making meals comfortably. We have two queen beds that are both comfy cooling memory foam hybrid mattresses. There will be a desk work space for any work-cations! Washer/dryer in basement along with an extra bathroom. Large, fully fenced yard for pups if you bring them. If there is something you require for your most comfortable visit and we don't have it, we will get to it for you! Please contact for mid-term stays as rates can be negotiated for longer stays! Please note, NO CATS.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Concordia College. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and a washing machine are available in the holiday home.

This is a lovely home! The hosts have thought of everything! From toiletries to dog treats. We traveled with our two dogs, so the fenced in yard was a huge plus. The kitchen is set up perfect for cooking if you prefer to eat in. Check in was simple. The host has a detailed property guide which I loved! We would absolutely stay again.

This was our first time visiting Moorehead. We loved the location. All the amenities were as described. We loved the little touches that the host did to show their appreciation for us staying. The best part of the stay was the communication. The host was wonderfully responsive.

Another great stay!

Our 2nd time at The Moorhead Place and just as comfortable and convenient as the first! We brought our dog, who loved the fenced in yard. Driveway and front deck were clear of the recent snow, As always, well stocked with everything we needed!! Highly recommend!!

Sporting event stay

We had a local tournament in Fargo and needed a place to stay with our pups! This house is super cute inside, well stocked with all the supplies needed, bonus some candy and snacks provided!!!! Loved being able to walk to get food and coffee when cooking was not the plan. The fenced in yard was so great, nice size to let them run around and they even had pooper scooper and bag ready to use for easy clean up. Thanks for that! The owners were very responsive to all questions and very flexible with some checkin time adjustments! Would gladly stay again on return next year!

MSUM graduation weekend

We decided to try the VRBO route as opposed to a hotel and this was so much better than staying at a hotel. It was my husband and I plus my parents that stayed. Place was comfortable, easy to find everything, and loved all the extras (snacks were a nice bonus)! We had family stop by after our celebration lunch and it was so nice to have a spot to relax and chat!! Location was perfect, loved having the yard for when our daughter stopped by with her dogs. Would for sure stay here again!
