The Moorkate located on the ground floor of our house and has a separate entrance. It is about 56 square meters, has space for a maximum of 4 adults and has been lovingly furnished.  The large living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a two-seater sofa with table, CD player and a TV.   The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, radio complete with CD player. Here is also a dining table with chairs.   The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. You'll also find a mini-library, with "Ostfriesland Cops" for long evenings!   Our guests can also use an internet wi-fi connection for free.  Upon arrival, beds are already made with linen, fresh towels are provided and a welcome drink is waiting for you.   For a 3rd and 4th Guest can be provided if required an extra bed on the couch in the living area. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.   The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, hair dryer and vanity and offers natural light. The apartment also has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.  In the garden of the house our guests can use a sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities and fountains, as well as the Muschelbeet with beach chair or the sitting area in the shade garden under high trees.

A garaging for bicycles is available by arrangement. Our house is centrally located in the district Warsingsfehn.   A beach on the lake are only 2 km away. Biking and hiking trails are also available. Several well-kept houses and restaurants and shopping from us within walking distance. Our location and beautiful surroundings are definitely - even in the cold season, a vacation worth it!
