We stayed in a different part of the hotel 2 weeks ago and it was fine. The part we stayed in this time was dirty, the ceiling was a suspended ceiling with parts missing and tiles stained. Bathroom door wouldn't close and was falling apart. If this had been our first stay I would never have booked a second.

Budget friendly for a quick night stay. Very old dated hotel. They have tried to update. Pool area is in rough shape. Carpet is bad. But good for a quick stay and go.

The room was filthy, noisy. We would never stay there or recommend the Moosejaw Inn to anyone!

Hotel is not clean, shower in room was terrible would not want to step foot in it. We did not stay the night asked for refund. Attendant said they can only process refund in morning after check out and they had inspected the room.

I would stay again

The place is a little dated yet kinda nice. Pool area gets the same rating, although you want to know it has a heated 1ft deep area for little kids. Room was ok. Breakfast though simple was actually nice.

I didn’t like anything about the property. There was no security. The doors were left unlocked. Anybody could walk into the building the hot tub didn’t work. The sauna didn’t work. There was a water main break in the office. Couldn’t get no food. It was terrible.

It was actually much better than some of the reviews I read. The walls are thin. There was a group partying next door. The beds were clean and comfy. Fridge and microwave in room. Pool was not busy when we were there. Hot tub was heavily chlorinated. Next time we would stay somewhere closer to downtown. Front desk staff was really good.

Comfy respite on a long road trip.

We were contacted by the staff to see if we would be checking in after 10 pm. We had estimated between 10 & 11 and they assured us that if we called back then someone would be available at the desk to check us in. This process was quick. Good value for the price. Rustic decor but clean. Bed was very comfortable, room temperature was perfect and lots of hot water for showers.
