Sunset view, infinity pool, little stone house

A pretty little stone house with a private infinity pool and fantastic 180 degree sea views directly above the town of Torre Vado on the southern tip of Puglia.

A quite unique addition to our collection we discovered this house at the beginning of 2024 and a special recommendation for couples or singles looking for a unique place! Enjoy relaxed meals on the panoramic terrace, stunning sunsets over the Ionian Sea, relaxing moments in the pool (an absolute highlight, you can even see the view while swimming in the pool!) and in the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house. The location is very convenient and well connected: the house is located on the hillside directly above the town of Torre Vado, known for its small harbour with the ancient tower. The next restaurant is 150 m away, the next grocery store is approx. 200 m away. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the sea. The first sandy beaches of Pescoluse are approx. 1.3 km away.

The house was completely renovated a few years ago, but the original architecture was largely retained. It consists of a small kitchen (including gas stove and oven), a bedroom and a shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed which can be separated into two singles if needed.

The house is air-conditioned (cold and warm) and can therefore be used all year round.

The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs, etc.). There is a double grill (so that meat or fish and vegetarian dishes don't have to be mixed!) and there is a private parking space available.







Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,35 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
