Great hotel for being on the beach

For an older hotel directly on the beach this hotel is just fine. The air-conditioning works, the beds are good and the showers are good. A very nice feature of this hotel is the restaurant Molly’s on the beach. Great place to get coffee.

Fabulous

This trip was just what we needed. My husband has a terminal illness and the ocean seems to soothe both of our souls. We could sit anywhere in our room and see the ocean. Even though he could not make it out to the water, he could hear the waves rolling in and feel that ocean breeze. Everything we needed was on-site and the staff could not have been friendlier. I do want to give a Shout-Out to Patina Henry, who worked diligently to allow us to add another night to our trip. Her efforts did not go unnoticed! Thanks Patina!!! The room was clean, functional, well-equipped with what we needed and the staff constantly asked if we needed anything. Room service was wonderful, the food at Molly's was perfect, and the view was spectacular. Thanks Double Tree by Hilton Atlantic Beach for a wonderful experience!
