The bed was very clean and comfy. We slept real good because our room was dark and quiet like we like it. Everyone was very polite and made things available right away. The shower was awesome. Lots of hot water and while under the running water I felt like I was given a massage. They provided water bottles everyday. The continental breakfast was toast, fresh fruit, coffee, juice. It was just right. The coffee was delicious.

Jaime in the front desk was super polite and helpful. The hotels is newly renovated very modern and clean. Breakfast in the terrace was very delicious and great service.

Muy agradable y atenta Betty en la recepción, podría mejorar el WiFi que se va a cada rato, así como los servicios de tv que no había ni un servicio de streaming. En los alimentos quizás un par de opciones veganas ayudarían principalmente en el desayuno.
