Excellent location just steps from shops, restaurants and the historic city center. A beautiful property with rooms that include luxury linens and bedding. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. But the very best feature of this wonderful hotel is it's kind and caring staff. They go above and beyond to exceed all expectations.

If I could give it 100 stars I would. The service was spectacular. The staff goes above and beyond to make one feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and oh so cute! The courtyard is the perfect place to have breakfast every morning. On the weekend they have delicious Mexican style breakfast and during the week they provide the guests with delicious coffee, sweet bread, and fruit. The location is perfect, just a block away from City Center and the majestic Cathedral. I will most definitely stay there again! They made my trip to Morelia even more magical. Thank you Nana Vida 💛

The staff at this hotel are marvelous! Everyone was so welcoming. We loved the handmade soaps that were given when you check in! It’s about a block away from the main plaza! Very clean - would defiantly recommend !!

If there was an option to rate our stay10 stars, I absolutely would. Nanavida has been the best hotel experience we have had in ALL of Mexico, and we have travelled extensively throughout the beautiful country. Mariana and your staff are angels, from waiting to greet us after we were delayed at the airport, to continuing to make sure our stay was superb all weekend. Mariana is such a sweetheart, she and 2 other young ladies(I’m sorry but I don’t remember their names) were extremely kind and generous, you are fortunate to have them on your team. We loved spending our 24th wedding anniversary in Morelia, and Nanavida made us feel right at home. We will be back soon and we will tell everyone we know to come and stay with you as well.
