If there was an option to rate our stay10 stars, I absolutely would. Nanavida has been the best hotel experience we have had in ALL of Mexico, and we have travelled extensively throughout the beautiful country. Mariana and your staff are angels, from waiting to greet us after we were delayed at the airport, to continuing to make sure our stay was superb all weekend. Mariana is such a sweetheart, she and 2 other young ladies(I’m sorry but I don’t remember their names) were extremely kind and generous, you are fortunate to have them on your team. We loved spending our 24th wedding anniversary in Morelia, and Nanavida made us feel right at home. We will be back soon and we will tell everyone we know to come and stay with you as well. This place is wonderful. They were nice to schedule transportation for me and allow us to come inside after landing at 4 AM. We did book the extra day to guarantee our check-in which was recommended by the hotel. This was super helpful and when we arrived, we were able to get inside quickly. The room was very clean and the service here was very good. I loved the little breakfast that they would serve, and the convenience of the location was perfect. It was a three minute walk to the cathedral and less than a minute walk to the little food stands on the street, which are my favorite. We went for a wedding and the walking was less than five minutes to each of the wedding events besides the reception which we had to take a taxi for, but even then we felt safe and it was fairly easy to get around and we had a really great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again with my husband. I do feel like it would be too small for us if we brought our two kids so this is perfect if you’re looking for a more intimate setting, but it’s still welcoming to families.

This place was fantastic. If you’re looking for a comfy home away from home, authentic to Mexico, this is the place. We will definitely stay here again.
They offer free breakfast but it specific to pan dolce and coffee

The staff were absolutely incredible to a person. They were generous and helpful and offered to navigate to restaurants or help with taxis or participate in anyway in our success. Most of the people spoke English very well, but it was their attitude. It really made such a nice difference. The property Wouldn’t seem quiet from the outside, but the rooms were well insulated from sound and we didn’t have any problem at all.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Morelia which makes it easier to enjoy all the surrounding areas. The staff is super friendly and they make sure you enjoy your visit. Restaurant is super clean. I would 100 % recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I was a little skeptical of the high reviews, but it turned out. It was accurate. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and large, and the building was beautiful. It was very affordable at blocks away from downtown Morelia. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
