HÔTEL À ÉVITER !! Nous avions réservé trois chambres et, dès notre arrivée, une des cartes ne fonctionnait pas. Avec leur système “d’accueil autonome”, impossible d’obtenir de l’aide rapidement. Nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes dans des couloirs remplis de mouches avant qu’une personne arrive enfin avec une carte fonctionnelle. Le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable et hautain, en particulier un certain Mohamed au téléphone, incapable de parler correctement à des clients ou de gérer un problème de manière professionnelle. Le pire reste le stationnement : nous avons demandé explicitement où nous pouvions nous garer et on nous a dit de laisser la voiture devant l’hôtel, sans nous prévenir que le dimanche matin le stationnement y est interdit à cause du marché. Le panneau est quasiment invisible et aucune information ne nous a été donnée malgré nos échanges avec l’hôtel. Résultat : voiture embarquée à la fourrière et frais supplémentaires à payer pour la récupérer. Le plus choquant, c’est que selon la police ainsi que le personnel de la fourrière, cela arrive constamment avec les clients de cet hôtel et l’établissement ne prend même pas la peine de prévenir ses clients. Donc ils sont parfaitement au courant du problème mais continuent à laisser les gens se faire piéger. Aucune excuse, aucune prise de responsabilité, aucune solution proposée. Cet hôtel cumule manque d’organisation, absence totale de service client et mépris des clients. À éviter absolument.

Chambre froide en hiver, avec des traces d’humidité, en dessous des fenêtres. Humidité et moisissure dans la salle de bain qui n’a aucun chauffage. La jeune fille à l’accueil est très agréable et fait tout son possible. Dommage, ça ne suffit pas pour un trois-étoiles.

cet hotel 3 étoiles ne mérite pas plus de deux étoiles, pas de personnel, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain (la condensation coulait sur les fenêtres et les carreaux tellement il faisait froid) hotel bruyant pendant la nuit, personne à l'accueil le matin pour le petit dejeuner.
