Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the pool and weight room were available, though we did not use them on this visit. The computer station was in the lounge, which featured a fireplace, creating a relaxing and inviting ambience. The hotel serves breakfast, but unfortunately, there weren't many options available because of the horde of tween girls from a cheerleading competition who descended upon it like a plague of locusts! (Not the hotel's fault!) My only real suggestion is to place the pet-friendly rooms on the end of the hotel closest to the pet area rather than all the way down at the other end; also, that the exterior doors at both ends of the hotel be openable via the key card to minimize the amount of walking around guests have to do.

Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed, nice towels, and good shower pressure. Breakfast was very good with waffles and eggs and bacon. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will stay there again my next visit to WVU.

Would not stay here or any of this chain again. It was definitely an older building with lots of quirks. Doors had to be slammed open to gain access, leaks in the hallways. major temperature differences, took about a half mile to get to our room. The halls had trash laying around when we got in, overflowing trash cans, and everything was the same as we were leaving and had not been cleaned yet. We checked in late at night (about 12:30am) and by the time we went to gather our things offer breakfast (8:30am) the card had deactivated and had to go all the way back down to the desk to reprogram then all the way back to the room. Overall staff was friendly and helped when needed but we shouldn’t have had to have needed their help for basic tasks.

The hotel needs a lot of work. Very run down. Especially for the price. $200 canadian is alot for a building has leaks, rust, crappy soft small beds. The staff were very nice and helpful

First off I booked a reservation with quality Inn and suites but the place is actually called best Western the door to come in is unlocked and broken. You don’t need a key to get in the elevator. Smells like it was on fire. They gave us tissue paper for blankets
