This room was nasty. One queen bed had no frame and was sitting in the floor. The carpets were sticky and fraying. No toilet seat lid. The beds were hard. I used to love Microtel, but this will be my last stay with this hotel chain.

Requested early check in which was not accommodated. We were told check in at 3. We came back at 3:30 checked in and were sent to a dirty room. We were told due to booking through 3rd party that we should have called. We were not able to get to our room until 4:30 and suspected that the room was not cleaned throughly. We were told to talk to John the next day about our experience and discuss a possibility of a refund. When we spoke to John the next day he advised that we needed to speak to the hotel manager Bonnie who was not there. John took our info and said to expect a call from Bonnie the next day. We have not received a call and I unsuccessfully not been able to get in touch with the hotel manager as of today. They also charged an additional $50 deposit fee which we were told would drop off but it has not! This experience overall is ridiculous! 10 out 10 do not recommend!!!

It was OK other than having a few cigarette butts out by the front door, cause people are lazy and won’t put up where they belong other than I would stay there possibly again

I have stayed at this hotel previously with no major issues or concerns. This particular stay the bathroom was dirty. There were stains on the bed linens and the waffle batter was sour. Also, there was not a microwave in my room and no one seemed to know where it was.

This facility has seen better days. Older facilities can still be kept clean, but this one was not. Mold on ceiling, dirty HVAC unit, melted hair dryer, hairs on the sheets, strange odors…. Outside, it looks like no one does any maintenance on the vegetation.
