During my stay, I noticed multiple issues that were concerning and disappointing, including: - Dirty and stained furniture cushions in the outdoor bar and seating areas. - Visible stains and marks on lounge beds and pillows, suggesting they had not been properly cleaned or maintained. - Poor cleanliness in restroom areas, including dirty floors and poorly maintained surroundings. - Damaged and poorly maintained recreational equipment, such as broken pieces on the outdoor chess set. - Untidy bar and service areas, with visible clutter and lack of upkeep. These issues significantly impacted the overall experience and did not reflect the level of quality or hygiene expected from a hotel marketed as a 5-star property. Considering the premium price paid for this stay, the condition of the facilities was unacceptable and fell short of the standards promised at the time of booking. I would appreciate it if the management could review this matter and provide appropriate compensation or resolution for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. I
