The apartment is set across a single floor once inside, with stair access required to reach the entrance. It is a studio layout, featuring an open-plan space that combines the kitchenette, sleeping area, and living/dining area.

Living Area – Comfortable seating, a coffee table, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and tasteful décor.
Kitchen/Dining facilities – A compact yet well-appointed kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, Krups Nespresso machine with milk frother compatible with Vertuo pods and all essential utensils. Dining table for two, wine glasses included.
Sleeping arrangements – A luxurious super king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a dressing table with mirror, and storage.
