The space
Unlike others we have NO hidden fees! NO cleaning fees!

Our "Aft" unit is located at the rear of the building and accommodates 2. There is a king bed, dining area, seating area, couch, a full bathroom and a small food prep area (small fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, & dishes/utensils for 2).

Our 3 unit building is located on a bluff overlooking the Embarcadero, bay and ocean - all units are on the 2nd floor - Our "Captains Quarters" is the largest at 980 square feet and will accommodate 4 comfortably - (2 couples or a family). Our "Aft" and "Mid Ship" units are 500 square feet and will accommodate 2 comfortably. Each has their own private entrance accessed by a shared set of stairs. You'll be within walking distance to all the action, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.
Guest access
At 500 square feet, this spacious room has plenty of room for you to enjoy your getaway. Equipped with a small food prep area that includes a microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, sink and coffee maker.

Each unit is unique and you have access to it in its entirety. You will share the stairs with the other 2 units.

Each unit has sitting areas on the common balcony overlooking the bay and ocean.
Other things to note
I wish we didn't have to specify this, but please don't sneak in your children, your pets, additional guests (not included in your reservation).

Nice long weekend in Morro Bay

Nice studio apartment in Morro Bay with all of the amenities as described. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Great location.

Great location to waterfront. Easy walking distance to downtown. Place was clean, nice view, quiet. Stayed for a graduation at CalPoly only 20 min drive awayWould come back for a weekend stay

Great location!!! Very clean and a very relaxing stay. We enjoyed being close to the water and to the main drag of Morro Bay. Coffee was provided with a little coffee pot to brew the sweet nectar of life. The location is close to the sea lions and the hosts provide a noise machine and ear plugs. We only needed the machine! Our two dogs also enjoyed the nice quiet relaxing time. We had no issues and everything was perfect! Toni provided them treats and some blankets to lay on and they were in heaven. We will definitely book here again!!!
