Perfect for families and groups, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas and a private swimming pool. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the expansive wraparound deck, challenge the family to a game of pool, or simply relax with a BBQ after a day spent exploring the stunning South Coast.



The fully equipped kitchen, ducted heating and cooling upstairs, double lock-up garage, boat parking, cot and high chair make this home an ideal choice for both short getaways and extended family holidays.



The Space:

Just a 3-minute walk to Broulee Beach and Candlagan Creek, this home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ducted heating and cooling upstairs, and a private swimming pool. Whether you're enjoying a summer holiday by the pool, launching the boat nearby or simply taking in the ocean views from the expansive deck, there's something here for everyone.



Upstairs features the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, which flows seamlessly onto the large wraparound deck complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area with a TV, pool table and dedicated workspace, making it the perfect retreat for children and larger groups.

The ducted air conditioning services the upstairs level and automatically switches off at 10:00 pm each evening in accordance with council requirements.

The swimming pool is private and fully fenced but is not heated.

Pros: Clean property, ok value for money, very accessible for beach & beautiful countryside.Cons: NO WIFI in the property which was the biggest issue for us ( It was our fault for not checking this thoroughly prior to booking) & the area has poor internet connectivity for data as well which made things worse. We spent 3 nights at the house with 5 couples. The house is set up perfectly and meant that we weren't all living on top of each other. Easy walk down to the boat ramp where we brought our morning coffees. The pin ball machine provided great entrainment.

2000 for 2 nights with zero linen ( in the small print) 1queen bedroom and games room was under the house that smelt damp and mouldy so no one could use it. So we could only use half the house. TV in main bedroom had no remote.not good for insomniac

Ideal location

Property was somewhat clean upon arrival - certain areas such as the bathrooms had previous hair present including blanket throws from previous tenants that were on the lounge/inside the wardrobes. Some other areas around the property were dusty. The bedding is outdated and should be updated to brighten up the bedrooms as they feel dark. Linen should at least be included and not extra on top as packing linen is the last thing you want to add into your car trip. Spacious for a large family and ideal location. Property manager Kate was easy and lovely to deal with.

On the downside the mattresses seemed to be very old and uncomfortable and in need of replacement and certain parts of the home could do with a good scrub with sugar soap or a coat of paint aswell as some of the kitchen items need replacement as old, well used and not really clean, other then these few negatives a nice house
