Dryer did not work satisfactory. Clothes were still wett even after 2 cycles. Owner didnt care when informed about it.

Hello It is of great concern to me that you were not offered the free 3rd dry, sometimed if its quite full and with heavy clothing it does take longer,and the settings are for an average load.
