Large bonus room with smart TV & dvd player (& all 8 seasons of the Andy Griffith Show on dvd!), Atari arcade game machine, game table & desk/work area; beautiful deck, huge backyard AND dog friendly! Fully supplied eat-in kitchen with a stackable washer/dryer. 5 minutes to the historic downtown area: Snappy Lunch, gift & antique stores, Andy Griffith Museum & so much more! Also 5 minutes from the beautiful Granite City Greenway.
